Shower is open and water ends up all over the bathroom. I had meds and I have special food requirements so I purchased a small refrigerator. Military salute card was supposed to include free parking did not work and they would not correct it. Was told they no longer supply those items. When I spend an arm and a leg at a hotel I expect service and a welcoming attitude, and I only got the total opposite. And just to top it all off, even the manager was a jerk and did not give us any sort of refund or compensation to make up for our terrible stay. Not only that, but we had to deal with bad customer service and employees with nasty attitudes throughout all of this without even an appology. we had to wait hours for fresh towels or any small request. there was no drink service on casino floor. We had a sewer back up in the bathroom (just imagine the smell) and had to waste a whole day getting moved to another room. This place has no clue what customer service is all about, we had no room cleaning service because they refused to clean our room, and said to put the garbage outside the room door. We were supposed to be celebrating our anniversary and enjoying our trip, unfortunately it was the total opposite. We had the absolute most horrible experience ever. If I can give zero stars for this hotel I would.
